老四川正宗川菜馆创建于2002年初夏，店址位於波士顿北边的Billerica。由于业主和优秀的川菜专业厨师团队的共同努力，发展颇为迅速，短短两年时间在大波士顿地区的中餐馆里脱颖而出，成为麻省川菜饮食文化的一扇窗口。为了方便食客的需求，在2004年夏在波士顿西面的Framingham开设第二店。二店比一店的规模大，内装修美观。
除了正规菜单以外，老四川还推出每日/每周特色菜让大家品尝新一代的四川菜。

Sichuan Gourmet is an authentic Sichuan-style restaurant founded in the summer of 2002. With the joint effort of the owner and a renowned chef in the area of Sichuan cuisine, the development of the restaurant has been quite rapid. Within two short years in the Boston area, the restaurant is blooming, becoming a major window to the exciting Sichuan culture. Sichuan Gourmet opened their second restaurant in Framingham in the summer of 2004. Other than the regular menu, Sichuan Gourmet offers weekly/daily special dishes for customer to try out new Sichuan food.
